Return Policy - "AGCC"

 

An Angel Global Corporate Consultants (AGCC), we are committed to delivering high-quality professional services with transparency and integrity. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds for our services.


1. Nature of Services

AGCC provides professional consultancy and compliance services including corporate filings, accounting, financial advisory, documentation, and regulatory support. Since these are service-based offerings (not physical products), returns are not applicable once services have been initiated or delivered.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made by the client

  • Service not initiated by AGCC within the agreed timeline (without valid reason)

  • Inability to deliver the agreed service due to internal limitations

Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of payment.


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in cases where:

  • Work has already commenced

  • Government fees, filing charges, or statutory payments have been made

  • Delay is caused due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client

  • Service has been successfully delivered

  • Change of mind after service initiation

Government fees and third-party charges are strictly non-refundable.


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Clients may request cancellation before service initiation.

  • Once documentation work or filing process begins, cancellation may not be possible.

  • Any cancellation request must be submitted via email from the registered email address.


5. Processing of Refunds

If approved, refunds will be:

  • Processed within 7–14 business days

  • Credited to the original payment method

  • Subject to deduction of applicable administrative or processing fees


6. Limitation of Liability

AGCC shall not be responsible for:

  • Rejection of applications by government authorities

  • Delays caused by regulatory changes

  • Client-side documentation delays

Our role is advisory and compliance facilitation based on information provided by the client.
