• If a company's registered office is to be relocated from one ROC's jurisdiction to another, the relocation must be authorized by the ROC's Regional Director.

• In the event of the registration of the office address in the jurisdiction of another ROC, it is obligatory for the company to get approval for the same by the regional director as mentioned in Form INC-23.
